The 10 Best Decisions That a Woman Can Make
So...the other week, I was out and about running errands and I found myself near a Christian bookstore. I LOVE bookstores but on this particular day I didn't have anything in mind that I wanted to purchase and so I drove right passed it. Just then, I got a nagging feeling that I was supposed to go in. I can't ignore feelings like that and so I turned around and went in. At first, I roamed aimlessly because I really had no idea what on earth I would buy. At first, I thought about a possible CD. I have been wanting Kari Jobe's CD for a while now so, I started to head in the direction of the music. But then, I happened to run right into the section for Women Only and my eyes caught the title of this book.

Honestly, for a brief second, I swear that I heard the Lord tell me that I needed to buy the book and read it. Do you ever get that? Obviously not a real voice...I am not psycho or anything...but a gentle tugging on your heartstrings clearly from the Lord that you are supposed to do something. I had never heard of this book before and yet something was telling me that I NEEDED to read it. I didn't even bother to look at the back. I just took it to the counter, paid and left with my new book in hand.
Listen up, kids...when the Lord tells you to do something, you do it. Because no matter what the outcome, you will always receive a blessing. And I have. The book? It's perfect for me. And of course, it would be...after all, it was God given. In reading the few chapters that I have read so far, I have honestly felt the Lord speaking through Pam Farrel right to me. Crazy, right? Not if you know the Lord, it isn't. I'm just amazed at what I am learning. And the thing is...I'd love to share it with you. Maybe kinda like a little Bible study? As I'm reading, I'd like to share with you what I am learning and perhaps even let you in on some specific instances of how God is using this book to change my attitude about my life.
So...later on, hopefully, I'd like to cover the first chapter with you...and I am not sure how regular this will be...if I will do every day or every other day, week etc... but I think that it'll be good. It's kind of a book for any woman in any circumstance so no matter who you are and what kind of life you're living now, I think that you may be able to glean something good from it. I feel that when God shares something wonderful with me, it's my duty to return his love by sharing it with someone else. And what a perfect forum for it with my blog! :)
So, keep watch for that a little later on...and please feel free to comment. Even if you have never commented before or don't know how (create a google.com account for free). I LOVE to hear from my readers! :)
Have a wonderful day girly friends! See you later tonight!
